Greenovative Foods Pvt Ltd is a Kochi based sustainable food start-up, incubated at KRIBS-BioNest, Kalamassery. It is also virtually incubated at KAU–RABI and IIM K – LIVE. The startup has developed The Greenmeat®, a 100% plant-based meat-substitute designed for the Indian Kitchen. It is rich in Proteins, Vitamin B12, Zinc, and beneficial dietary fibres. And it contains no cholesterol, no trans-fat, and relatively less overall fat. The Green Meat® is packed using Retort processing technology and has long shelf lives, without refrigeration or freezing and without containing any preservatives. It is available in a versatile format as meat-like chunks that can be cooked like meat using your favourite recipes.
